A convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag.The best loved Jamaican dish, our jerk marinade has plenty of heat from fruity habanero chillies and a fragrant spicy kick from pimenta allspice (also called Jamaican Pepper) and mellowed with a little rum. Perfect for charcoal barbecued jerk chicken served with rice and peas but also a fantastic slow cooked jerk pork for wraps or seafood with a fresh salad.
Serves 4, contains enough marinade for approx 600g meat, fish or vegetables.
