Tartare Sauce with Wasabi
A traditional tartare sauce with plenty of capers and gherkins – plus the Oriental taste of wasabi shoots and rice wine. Excellent with seafood – especially filo-wrapped prawns or sushi maki rolls.
INGREDIENTS: Rapeseed Oil, Water, Gherkins (Gherkins 54%, Water, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Stabiliser: Calcium Chloride; Natural Flavouring), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Capers (Capers, Acetic Acid, Vinegar, Salt), Egg Yolk, Cornflour, Dijon Mustard (Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soya Beans, Roasted Wheat, Sugar), Salt, Wasabi Powder, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
